Project Management

The U.S. Department of Energy defines project management as the discipline of planning, organizing, securing, managing, leading, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals. OPTIMUS deploys proven project management techniques and resources to successfully guide your project.  

We first develop a Project Development Plan to define specific development requirements. This may include project stakeholders, team members roles and responsibilities, permitting requirements, engineering and design specifications, vendor screening, and bid strategies to name a few. 

OPTIMUS directs and leads development efforts through permitting, design, scoping, and bidding phases. We culminate these activities to create an investment grade budget and schedule.  

The project management process continues through construction, commissioning, delivery of Record Drawings and permit terminations.

The entire project lifecycle requires regular communications and accurate reporting to all stakeholders. As a result, OPTIMUS strives to demonstrate the highest standards for effective communications.
